WORKOUT TO HELP OUT: HOW TO SUPPORT LOCAL GYMS

There is no doubt that 2020 has been an unpredictable year (that’s an understatement, right?) and the fitness industry is just one of many who were hit hard. From starting the new year strong and inspired, to being forced to close their doors and change the way they operate with little-to-no notice, this is one industry that showed a lot of spirit and grit.

But the comeback is greater than the setback and local brand, Bulk Nutrients, is helping revitalise Aussie fitness by hosting a series of workout events for local Aussie studios to help them showcase what they have to offer.

Workout for free?

Bulk Nutrients will host workout events for a select groups of studios, inviting people to attend in exchange for posting about the workout on social media. This means not only can you try out a different workouts (for free!), but you’ll also be doing your bit to show support for local businesses in need.

The Work Out to Help Out Initiative starts on September 23rd with a 40-minute HIIT workout led by celebrity trainer Justin Savage at his studio A Squad Called Savage.
