SYDNEY’S FIRST BYO WELLNESS WORKSHOP PROGRAM? SIGN US UP!

Wellness workshops in Sydney

We all know wellness isn’t just about being fit and feeling the burn – so why not work out the right side of your brain with these creative new classes in a hip inner-city loft. Oh and they’re BYO, too (*high-five*).

Classes With Glasses is a fab new series of wellness workshops, where you can spend your Thursday nights meeting new people and learning *stuff* at the same time.  Alcohol is, of course, optional and for many of the health-related classes you’re more likely to see people clutching their kombucha or green tea. But you won’t get side eye if you crack a G & T either.

Held at Bustle Studios, a co-working space in Surry Hills, there are up to three different classes on offer across a mix of arts and crafts, health and wellness, personal development, wedding DIY, computer skills, and relationships & dating.

We were immediately sold on the names, if these don’t sound like fun… well, we don’t know what does: Wine & Cheese.. Where Have All The Good Men Gone?… Managing Perfectionism… Boozy Craft Night… The Power of Laughter… Making Balloon Arches & Garlands… Edible Bouquets…. Cupcake Decorating… Mindful Beanie Making… Sugar Unicorn Cake Toppers (!) and DIY Flower Crowns.

So forget Thursday nights on the couch – this is so much more fun! Classes are intimate (max. 20 people), affordable ($20-$100 each), there are a bunch to choose from and you can book tickets here.

Our top five health and wellness picks from the list are:
