What URBANSWEAT says: InnerFit is an outdoor group training program with a variety of classes each week. There’s bootcamp (prepare for A LOT of cardio), circuit, boxing and yogalates (a mix of yoga and Pilates). No two classes are ever the same; each session targets a different range of movements so you’re never bored. The classes can be quite intense, but the trainers (one per class) are motivating and always come around to correct your technique if you’re unsure. The classes run to a set timetable and are never cancelled, even if you’re the only one. There’s loads of equipment, like kettlebells, battle ropes, skipping ropes, dumbbells, medicine balls, etc, that keep the classes super fun. The trainers each have their own personal style of training which keeps you on your toes. The 6am sessions are tough in winter (you’ll rarely stay dry because of the dewy grass), making it sometimes difficult to get to the three 6.30pm sessions a week.
