URBANSWEAT is all about being active. We want to help you discover new gyms, fitness classes and events, by providing an in-depth and independent guide to health and fitness in Sydney. We’re also passionate about active travel – climbing volcanoes, camping in jungles and basically finding the adventure in every trip. Lucy E. Cousins is a content producer with a passion for all things wellness and low-tox living. She is also a regular contributor to Women’s Health and the former Wellness Editor at Marie Claire. Through her agency, Remedy Content, she produces well-researched, easy-to-navigate wellness and lifestyle content for high-profile brands in Australia and overseas.
